Water prey

Dragonflower padded out of the Shadow Clan camp and headded out in to the dark mysterious forest, it was just like her. She was heading to the Sandy Marsh to hunt for helpless prey. Soon the pine forest dirt turned to sand as she reached the marsh. Dragonflower instinktivly (i forgot how to spell that) got in to a hunters crouch so she would not scare away precius food for her clan. Her coat sort of blended in to the sceenery as shadows were casted on to the ground. Her ears picked up faint sounds of voles scurrying about. Soon her eyes detected a small furry vole behind a rock. Dragonflower stealthy crept closer trying not not scare it away. She waited and waited, and she crept and crept trying not to step on any twigs. Then she heard a sound from behind her, ...........................(someone can rp here if they like : ) )

JadeEyes crept slowly and tentively through the area as the marsh erupted claws of mist gently reaching out to the sky. They curled upwards smoothly and she couldn't help but watch the world act around her. SUddenly, she broke from her trance and continued on her journey to findDragonflower. Like a small vole herself, Jadeeyes gently appeared behind the cat. "Boo." she said calmly and quietly, like a whisper in the trees from the wind.

She saw the worthless vole scamper away. "It was not much any way," she mumbled. Dragonflower's fur started to rise as she heard Jadeeyes from behind her. She turned to see the she- cat," Hi!" Then she turned her head to lick down the rising fur so she would not seem so chicken. "What's up, have you found any prey?"

Jadeeyes stretched out her long black legs, "Nah, I'm just exploring... Looking for rogues is all... There are many places they can hide here...." she said before sitting down and lapping her rosy tongue over her black fur.

Dragonflower was amazed that someone accualy talked to her, everyone pretty much ignored her. Then she meowed still slightly embarased," I havent seen any yet." Then she sat down eccpecting a long conversation with this nice she cat.

Jadeeyes gave a quizzical expression. Then she asked, "Were you there for the rogue attack?"

Dragonflower licked her paw and washed her ear with it neatly. Then she meowed politly," No i wasn't I was not for some reason." Dragonflower looked at Jadeeyes to see if she understood.

"So you weren't there for the amazing battle, that I killed my brother in?" she asked proudly.

Dragonflower gasped," How can you kill your own kin?" Then she relized that Jadeeyes was proud that she killed him. Dragonflower could bearly talk. All she could do was gaze confusingly in to Jadeeyes's eyes.

Jadeeyes looked at the cat and said, "Of course I can! He was evil! He was the rogue leader who attacked SHadowclan!" she said

"Oh sorry I over reacted," Dragonflower meowed ashamedly. Then she started to shuffle her paws.

Jadeeyes looked at the cat, anger burning. She doesnt realize it..

Dragonflower's day was not going good. Her pelt began to bristle as she looked up at Jadeeyes's eyes. how can she be mad at me when i don't even understand, Dragonflower thought angrily. Then she stood up and began to walk away.

Jadeeyes went back to the clan to tell Khansoul what had happened. He always seemed so soothing...

I thought I had a friend but I am always wrong, Dragonflower thought angrily. Soon it was getting dark out and Dragonflower was far away from camp. She found a large sheltering bush. 'I guess this will be my home tonight,' Dragonflower thought grimly. She knew that she was not going back to the tonight.
