The brushes and plants skimmed against a soft, tan and black pelt, the pelt of a siamese loner. She was crouched low, not in a hunt, but in her natural way of traveling. One paw stepped in front of another, and as her left back paw passed through the moonlight, a smooth scar became visible. It followed up her leg, ending at her belly, a testament from a past injury.
Crystal blue eyes glittered in the darkness, staring from a masked black face. They shone in anticipation, as though the cat was expecting to see some great sight as she came over the hill. And she wasn't dissapointed, when she crested the hill she was met by a sight caused by the third-quarter moon. The grasses below her sparkled and seemed to dance in the moonlight. The she-cat finally sat up, her body becoming graceful as she sat there, staring.
'Amazing.' was the one thought that ran through Rat's mind as she stared below. 'The other cats tell the truth, this is a beautiful spot.' She sighed, allowing the wind to billow through her fur. This was a calm place, a place where she could let all thoughts fly from her.
