Crystalkit pranced around in the nursery, wondering what to do. She was so excided, she just couldn't stop moving. 'Do I have any friends to play with?' she thought. "No, I don't.." She slumped and started to lay down, because she felt bad.

Leafkit was sniffing around in the way back of the nursrey. She heard some one say "No, I don't." Leafkit padded quickly towards the voice and meowed, "No what?" |

Crystalkit flinched as she saw another kit sitting by her. "Nothing..."

Autumnkit opened heavy eyes, blinking away sleep as she yawned in the warmth of her mother's fur. She crawled a few steps before rising to her feet, stretching and being sure not to wake her sleeping mother. She saw her two brothers sleeping not far away and sighed, her mind still fogged up with sleep. Her ears twitched as she heard a few voices meowing and she padded over slowly, practically dragging her protesting paws. She saw two kits, Leafkit and another she didn't recognize.
"Hello,"
she meowed, although her greeting turned into a wide yawn, revealing small, pointy little white teeth. She closed her mouth and looked at the kits apologetically as she ran a tongue over her sleep matted fur. |

Crystalkit wasn't used to many people around her, and she started to get super shy."Hi..." Starting to panic, Crystalkit backed away in a corner.

Autumnkit tilted her head at the frightened kit, eyes filled with confusion. Her tail twitched in the air as she kept her eyes on the kit.
"We're not going to hurt you."
she meowed pointedly. She took a pawstep forward before deciding she should stay where she was and sitting back down. Her ears swiveled, listening for signs of others queens, not knowing who was raising the young kit. The only queen she knew was her mother, and her mother only raised her and her brothers. She stifled a yawn, suddenly remembering forgotten dreams and getting lost in thought. A loud cry from a flying bird startled her and she jumped, laughing at her skittishness. |
