Owlfeather's soft tortishell fur rustled as an annoying breeze filled the den, awakening him in a blister excitment for a split second.The tom blinked his amber green eyes, focusing on his new images.Well his remembered new surroundings.The warrior yawned feebly, he worked his jaw muscles until they remembered that they were supposed to work.He was what?.. 15 moons old and he already felt tiredness colapsing on him!Owlfeather shook his head, small bits of leaves and decaed grass fall from his soft coat.Padding quietly outside, he breathed in the beautifuly wonderous clean air.How many early birds were up this early today?

Khansoul sat silently watching the younger warrior. His orange pelt shining like flames with the weak morning rays; his pelt was ragged and full of scars of the battle with the rogues that had taken place. He decided to get up and stretched his sore muscles, then he padded towards the warrior. "Good morning." He meowed roughly dipping his head.

Jadeeyes walked up behind her mate and purred deeply. "How are you?" she asked to Khansoul.

Khansoul turned and gave an affectionate look at Jadeeyes. "Fine, but it is you who I am worried about, you really fought like a real warrior." He meowed, "Shouldn't you see the Medicine cat?"

JadeEyes shrugged her shoulders. "If you havent noticed already, I am a real warrior." Then she giggled.

Khansoul gave a small grin and whispered, "You are right.. you are a real warrior."

JadeEyes smiled, her eyes dancing with the moon's silver glow. "It is a great feate we recieved... beating all of those rogues."

"Yes, it was Starclan's will that you were there. Without you not even the strongest warrior would have defeated Bloodyheart and his followers." Khansoul meowed simply.

Owlfeather dipped his head to Khansoul, his eyes set on Jadeeyes then back to the other tom.He gave Khansoul a small smile and got a mouse out of the fresh kill pile.His hungry stomach savored the mouse as did his tastebuds. "Good morning, Jadeeyes."

JadeEyes smiled and said,"Good moring Owlfeather." Her smile widened as she noticed EagleClaw approach.

Eagleclaw ducked his head down as he grabbed a rabbit out of the fresh kill pile. He tiptoed quietly, tendewrly holding the rabbit in his jaws.

"Hiya Eagleclaw!" JadeEyes said. She noticed the cat winced when she said that and stared quizzically at the tom as if saying What is your problem??

Khansoul gave Owlfeather a curt nod, and at Jadeeyes meow he noticed Eagleclaw, "Morning.." He just meowed.

"Good morning, Eagleclaw." Owlfeather mewed in his soulful soft voice.The tortishell dipped his head in greeting and bit into his mouse agian.

Eagleclaw bit his lip and nodded, continuing on his way with the hare firmly in his mouth.

“The day begun fine” A cold voice meowed from the distance. From the shallows of the bramble nest, Darkstep emerged. His voice was tough and it rasped as he talked, but his eyes glinted in happiness and his coat gleamed with that same feeling, despite the scars it had. The dark warrior stepped on foward and dipped his head respectfully at all the cats besides him. “Good morning Khansoul, JadeEyes, Owlfeather, and Eagleclaw” he said, trying to smoothen his voice as he spoke. “How have you been today?”

Owlfeather said nothing for he knew the others would talk first and he really just didn't care to talk if someone els was going to while he tried.The tortishell licked his paw and ran it over his nose, waiting to listen in to the coversation that was bound to go on and on forever in front of him soon.The tom's eye lids shut halfly and his lips formed a straight line.Owlfeather bit into his mouse again once more for the remaining small bits of meat left.
