Rushkit

Hollykit jumped over Rushkit, pleading him to translate quickly. "Tell me, tell me!" she urged.

[snowstorm]

Rushkit went to Hollykit and told her what Jadeeyes had said. Rushkit had finished and sat next to Hollykit looking at Jadeeyes waiting for her to keep going with the story.

"Since I was mangled up and hurt and I gave my loyal deputy, CrescentClaw, the power to heal with a moon colored shine, I had her heal all of us and we battled well and hard. After the battle, I told all of them what powers I had given them. they were overjoyed. I was stil discovering the powers I had, for I hibernated for 100 years the year before. While hibernating, I recieved more and more powers from StarClan. they told me the importance of all of my powers." She spoke. "So now I will let you translate." Then she sat again, awaiting the apalled faces of the two kits.

[snowstorm]

Rushkit had eyes as big a sfull moons then she went infrent of Hollykit and told her whay she had said. After tell her and saw the look on her sisters face. "Ok keep going please!"Rushkit meowed.

Hollykit purred in awe and hoped over Rushkit to see this brave warriors' face nearer, thought she knew she wouldn't be able to hear anything she said.

"Okay," she continued," My deputy was very good so I moved her to anotehr clan..to be leader." she said,"Thast really the end.... but I have another story about that forest."

[snowstorm]

Rushkit went infont of Hollykit and told her the rest of the stoy. She tjhen went next to her and loked at jadeeys. "Yes please tell anotehr story please?!"Rushkit meowed.

Russetpaw padded into the nursery he had just come back from hunting and he had nothing to show for it. Because he had no mentor he didn't really know how to properly catch prey. His tail dragged along the ground as he rounded the corner and saw Jadeeyes with Rushkit and another kit he didn't know. "hi" he meowed shyly, wondering wether or not he was intruding.

[Thornpaw]

Inkpaw trotted into the nursery after Russetpaw. She gave him a friendly nudge in greeting and took a seat next to Rushkit and prodded her playfully. “Mind if I join?” Inkpaw question her eyes dancing with fire. She licked her paw casually then turned to Russetpaw itching for conversation. “How was hunting?” She asked inquisitively.

um..yeah..meh..mind if I join??

JadeEyes turned to the two apprentices. "I feel like an elder! I am telling stories about my past life to these kits. You can listen in if you want but you need to be quiet," she said flicking her tail. "Okay. Well I met another tom, named bloodeyes in that life. I thought he was perfect, again. So one day, he disappeared. I went off looking for him and went to FireClan. There, I talked to Shadowedstar, the leader there. As we were talking, he heard a scream and ran to the nursery, looking for his mate," she said. Then she sat down and gave time to translate.

Inkpaw sat intently her tail swiping from side to side. As much as she wouldn't admit, she loved hearing stories. Her ears perked attentively listening to the story, hearing excited and mystified mews from the kits. She smiled in amusement. “What happened next?” She purred in delight as the kits around her began to repeat the same mew. She gazed at JadeEyes in respect and admiration, Her piercing green eyes were ablaze with mischief and delight.

Russetpaw playfully batted Inkpaw "shhh let her continue" he meowed. He turned his gaze to Hollykit by the way she had been acting it occured to him that she was deaf. "Rushkit, tell her I say hello" he whispered, signaling to Hollykit with a flick of his tail. He perked his ears ready for the rest of the tale, sighing gratefully that the day hadn't been as bad as he thought it would be.

Inkpaw let a small laugh escape her lips, and shoved Russetpaw jokingly. Tightening her features, determined not to make a sound. “Please,” She mewed breathlessly suppressing a laugh, “continue.” She nodded to JadeEyes and shot a mischievous look to Russetpaw. She lay down, sweeping her tail along her paws in anticipation.

"I have to give Rushkit time to translate to Hollykit," she said.

Inkpaw winced at JadeEyes comment. “I…oh I didn’t…uh.” She ended lamely. She flexed her claws in embarrassment and edged closer to Russetpaw, casting her eyes on the ground. Her eyes drifted to Rushkit, then to Hollykit , her piercing green gaze softened. She rested her eyes again on her paws, silent. But her lips held a hidden smile.
