Okay. This might seem like a strickly yes or no answer, but think about it.
Teens in Europe can drink with an adult when their 13. And, once, my mom offered me wine, to just see if I wanted to see what it tasted like. I said no, but just because I was being all goody-goody. I actully did want to try it, and I regretted it later. And some cultures it's custom to drink on holidays.
So, what's your opinion?

I chose other. As you said, different countries have different laws about this. I almost chose "only on holidays" because on some holidays there is a custom of drinking wine. For instance, on Passover it is traditional to drink wine because wine represents the blood of the slaves in Egypt. (Most people just have children drink grape juice instead). I have tried wine (just s tiny bit), and don't like it. I think that beer tastes even worse.
