Feathertail grabbed Eaglekit by his scruff and dragged him towards his brother and sisters,who were jumping on a fern ball. Dewkit sat and swiped Pepperkit on her ear. She turned around and growled playfully. They fought a bit. Feathertail smiled hiding her pain inside. Why would Leafstorm just...dissaper...Dewkit is taking it hard... The little cream kit was deaf and his missing father was blind but they both overcame their problems.
Pepperkit got off her brother and started at her mother. "Mommy....are you okay?" Her little squeek suprized Feathertail andmade her jump. "What? Oh...yes Pepperkit you dont have to worry about me." Her voice was smooth and soft. The black kit smiled and bounced away to her brothers and sister.

"Do you need any help?" asked Moonfrost, walking towards Feathertail.

She turned her head toher old friend, Moonfrost. "Oh of course. Kits are trouble you know." Feathertail had a bit of a chuckle in her voice. Pepperkit looked up at her mothers friend. "Hey Moonfrost. Can you convince Bramblestar to let you be my mentor?!" She nearly jumped and the air. Dewkit stayed quite. His eyes lay on his paws as he shuffled the ground.
