Bramblestar stayed by Snowstorm's side. She knew that the queen would need as much comfort as she could get. "Everything will turn out all right in the end," meowed Bramblestar quietly.

Snowstorm then gave Bramblestar a node. Foxkit and her sister Frozenkit went up to Bramblestar. "Hi Bramblestar!"Meowed Foxkit. The two kits egain to play with each other between BRamblestar's legs. "I bet you can't catch me!"Meowed Frozenkit. "Bet I can!"Mwowes Foxkit. They traced each other around Bramblestar's legs.

Bramblestar looked down at the playful kits, amusement and love glittering in her eyes. Although she was a leader, and would never have kits of her own, she loved young cats, and always had a special place in her heart for them.
