Moonflower sat outside the nursery, quietly watching over the young kits, Foxkit specifically. She loved seeing all the healthy kits, and it always cheered her up.

"Hi Foxkit!" Moonflower meowed happily, "How are you?" she continued looking at the small white she-kit.

"Good!!!"Meowed Foxkit as she jumpped up and down. She then ran to Moonflower and slided to a stop infront of her.

Amberkit could hear what was going on near the nursery. He stared at the warrior with big eyes. "Hello" he meowed calmly. "I'm Amberkit. Who are you?"

She laughed slightly at Foxkit. "I'm Moonflower." she meowed as she looked over at Amberkit. I can't wait to see what good warriors these kits will be she thought to herself.

"I see. Er, nice to meet you" Amberkit meowed calmly. He started to groom his pelt. But it was heavy, and his little toungue couldn't handle it. "My fur is always like this when I wake up!" he complained. He made another attemp to groom it, but no matter how hard he tried, he failed.

Foxkit looked at him and begain to purr and then washed her self. Her fur was easy to wash when she did it but it always came out beter when hre mom Snowstiorm did it. When Foxkit was done with washing her fur she lookeed at her fur. Her mom then walked over to her. "
Good job Foxkit you washed iot very good I will not have to do it later now."Snowsotmr meowed to her doughter. Foxkit purred with happynes. Snowstorm then walked a way.

Moonflower laughed at Amberkit, "Don't worry we all have bad fur days, and my fur is always like that when I wake up too."

The tortoiseshell warrior had her back to her friend and the kits for a bit of time before wanting to join in. Shiningstream purred at the wonderous beauty of all sc.raps of fur when they were born. Complaining had made them as stubborn as she was. "Hello Moonflower," the young warrior mewed. "And to you, little Amberkit and Foxkit."

Amberkit made a faint smile as his toungue got full of fur. "I hate when that happens!!!" He groomed some more time, until finally his pelt was groomed.

Moonflower smiled happily at Amberkit. "So do you two want to play a game? I'll even let you two pick what the game is going to be." Although she was a warrior Moonflower still liked playing with kits, like she used to when she was an apprentice.

Amberkit shuggured. "Yeah, sure" he answered. He was usually quite serius, but he loved to play. "So, what are we playing?" he asked eagerly.

Shiningstream sat shoulder to shoulder with Moonflower, watching the kits happily. Her new, serious attitude had taken a flip as she observed the kits mewling and playing about. "If I may make a suggestion, how about tag? I loved that game when I was a kit."
