When you sign on you can make a folder...because this is for multiple people...everyone should have their own folder. If you want to leave notes for other people using the account please make them in drafts. I will moniter this e-mail so no fighting on it.
When you make a folder it's simple...just hit add in the folders box.
When you make a draft, make the subject the name of the person your sending it to.
