Plot: A new evil has descended upon the lake. Cats are disappearing never to be seen from again. They say it is a wild animal that takes the kits and apprentices in their sleep, without notice. The leaders are at a loss, nobody knows what to do or who to trust. The answer has come sooner then they thought. Each leader receives a dream from StarClan with this message.
"Do not fear the darkness, the evil will be stopped. The youngest decedents of the leaders from Firestar's time will save you."
However it has been seasons since Firestar was leader of ThunderClan, and nobody knows who the descendants are. A even bigger question remains, what is the evil that resides in the darkness, and how will the old leader's descendants stop it?
