Ooooh lets see. These must be good as well, sooooo. Can you make one of Hugh Laurie / House? I use Photoshop Elements 4.0 it is 80$. it is not as good as just photoshop but that is a lot of money. there is a free image program called Gimp. i do not know how good it is but it is free |
