Jadeeyes stood up on her four jet black paws and stretched. Her mouth gaped open in a yawn as she went to greet her clan-mates. Then, she decided she wanted to lead a hunting patrol, so she padded over to the deputy. "Can I lead a hunting patrol this morning?" Jadeeyes asked him.

Dragonflower woke up to the crisp morning air and yawned. She padded sleepily out of the warriors den and looked around the camp. Dragonflower saw Jadeeyes talking to the clan deputy. She thought with disgust when she saw the black she-cat that she had quarled with a couple weeks ago. Dragonflower sat down and started to lick her paw with her pink tounge.

Jadeeyes looked over in Dragonflower's direction and frowned a little. She continued to walk however and was bumped into by her blind son. "Mommy!" Shadowkit said. "Aww, your getting better!" Jadeeyes complimented. Shadowkit held his head up high and walked forward daintily, walking into a rock. Jadeeyes heart broke, she wished she could have helped him sooner, and she felt a pang of guilt, even if it wasn't her fault.

Dragonflower's eyes caught the movement of Jadeeye's blind son. She noticed him bumping in to things. "Poor kit," She thought.

Eagleclaw walked over to Shadowkit, trying to be nice. "Hey little guy. You should be an apprentice soon! Right?" Shadowkit looked up with a smile and said, "Yeah, I have less than a moonn left!" He was proud, and he didn't know that he may not become one.

'Wow that kit has his hopes high,' Dragonflower thought. Then she noticed Eagleclaw. She padded over to Eagleclaw and meowed cheerfuly and sarcastic," Well Eagleclaw you seem in a happy, nice mood."

Eagleclaw ignored her. He mumbled, "This kit understands me." He crouched down to the kit's height and said, "I bet you can't fight?" Shadowkit hmphed at him and said, "Better than you!" And he laughed.

Dragonflower just turned away and started to walk towards the fresh kill pile. On her way over there, she eyed Jadeeyes and then she turned her head away. Once she finally got to the fresh kill pile, Dragonflower picked out a small vole and went to a shady spot to try and enjoy her meal.

As the warrior and kit play fought, Jadeeyes padded over to Dragonflower. She sighed, carrying her sparrow in her mouth. She took a bite before saying, "You're the only one in this clan who hates me now." she said solemly.

Dragonflower just took a bite of her vole and meowed," Wow, I tried to make friends with you and I tried to with Eagleclaw but that was a mistake since he is a big grump." Then she laughed out loud about the eagleclaw grump thing and looked over at Jadeeyes. (I kind of foregot what exacly hapened with jade and dragon before, lol ill try to look it up if it is stiil there.)  |

Jadeeyes said nothing, coldly eating. Was the she-cat deaf? No wonder nobody wanted to be her friend.

Jadeeyes was taken aback. You dont get in a fight with someone and then ask to be friends!
"Actually, how about we start by not hating eachother?" she asked Dragonflower.

Jadeeyes bit into her rabbit again and looked over at Dragonflower. She sighed and said, "Well we can't erase time, so friends?" Her quizzical expression met Dragonflower's.
