Breezefeather smiled benevolently at Squirrelpaw. "I wish I was" she meowed. For some reason, she felt happy with this apprentice, more than she felt like with others. She grabbed the fish, helping Squirelpaw cary less weight. Breezefeather felt very attached to her. So she sniffed the air again, hopefull to find her clan. And there it was. That cozy smell was boanding in the air and she had caught it. With a glint in her eyes, she padded towards it determidly. If Breezefeather and Squirrelpaw got lost, it would all be her fault. She wouldn't be able to handle the pain if she saw the apprentice suffering. She smiled at her and continued on her way.
OOC: srry, crappy posht...

Squirrelpaws scent glands were masked by the rabbit and the after smell of the fish so she didnt realy know if they were going the right way but she trusted this warrior

Soon enough, the two Riverclanners had reached their clan. "Well, we're back" Breezefeather meowed boldly. She grabbed the prey Squirrelpaw and her had caught to the small fresh-kill pile. "Wow, Leaf-bare has been tough for us" she commented to the apprentice.

Apprentice stared at the pile hungryly and took a fish much like the one she caught earlier but not quite, taking it to the apprentices area she ate

Breezefeather saw Squirrelpaw returning to the apprentices' den just when the night covered the sky. She yawned heavily and followed Squirrelpaw back, for the apprentices' and warriors' den where together. "Good evening Squirrelpaw" she meowed, licking Squirrelpaw's muzzle. She crouched in the warriors' den and slowly closed her eyes.

Squirrelpaw tried to keep her eyes open but her tiredness overtook her and she was soon in a deep sleep

The next morning, a frozen but small typhoon woke Breezefeather up. She stood up with her pelt prickling in cold. A thick layer of snow was covering the Riverclan camp. The river had turned ice. Snow had also fallen in the warriors' dappled coat. She sighed, letting out an icy breath. Breezefeather stared at the silent camp as everybody slept. Now we are REALLY going to have trouble finding prey...

Breezefeather heard Squirrelpaw squeals of cold and rushed over her. With her lean paw, she removed the snow from her fur. "Good morning Squirrelpaw" she meowed. "Cold morning..."

Breezefeather gave Squirrelpaw an apprehensive look. "Its really cold..." she meowed. "I hope the kits, queens, and elders all alright... They haven't eaten anything since yesterday..." she meowed badly concerned.

Breezefeather nodded. "Yes that's a good idea!" she praised. "But then we'll need to unite both nests so they all have enough space" she meowed.

"Yes, we better do that" Breezefeather replied. She scanned the camp in search for the fresh-kill pile, but there wasn't a single one. "Apparently, we don't have a fresh-kill pile anymore" she mewed concerned. "We better go..."
