Darkpaw sat in the Apprentice den and was just bored. It was late at night, while Silverpelt shone brightly. "I want to go on a patrol!" Darkpaw acted respectful infront of warriors, but he was still young, he couldn't hide it forever!

Ashpaw heard Darkpaw’s squeal and imediatly stood up. “So do I!” he shrieked and faced the dark apprentice. Before proceeding, he decided to introduce himself. “Oh yeah, I’m Ashpaw” he started but cutted off. “I’m so anxious to go on a patrol! My mentor won’t take me; nobody will!” he growled.
Wide emerald orbs hiden behind the brambles of the apprentices’ den silently stared at the two apprentices talking. From the brambles, Finchpaw emerged and bounded to both apprentices. “Hello” he meowed slyly. “I wish we could go on a patrol!” he yowled impatiently.

"Well, we could..." Darkpaw looked at his fellow den mates. He beckoned them with his tail to come closer. "We could go tonight and maybe meet other clan cats!" Darkpaw said witha quiet but enthusiastic voice.

Ashpaw perked his ears to listen better. “Great idea!” he shrieked silently. He glimpsed at Palefoot but then shook his head. “I’m sure my mentor won’t mind” he whispered, trying to hide excitement from his voice. But to his surprise, Finchpaw denied the offer.“Sorry guys, Pureheart’s furious with me” Finchpaw started with an evil grin. “So if I cause trouble, she’ll tell my mother... And she will punish me...” He lashed his tail in good bye and returned to his cozy spot in the apprentices’ den.((its sorta difficult 2 rp 2 cats at a time so i decided to take ashpaw cause he isn’t very active. Hope you don’t mind  ))

"Mouse-Brain!" Darkapaw spat. "You'll miss all the fun!" Darkpaw looked at Ashpaw. "Ok, ready?"
As he saw Ashpaw nod, he beckoned with his tail and started out of the camp.
They were outside, and Darkpaw looked puzzled. "Where should we go?"

Ashpaw narrowed his eyes thoughtfully. “How about the Thunderclan camp?” he suggested. “Its always exciting to go there!”

Darkpaw brightened. "Bramblestar will let us in, I know it!" Darkpaw set toward the ThunderClan camp. *Gurg* Darkpaw stopped. "Wanna hunt?"

Ashpaw purred. “Sure! Yesterday on training I caught 7 rabbits!” he screeched and boosting his chest and tail proudly. “But when will we go to Thunderclan?”

Darkpaw looked puzzled. "Ok, we'll go after I catch some fresh-kill!" And with that he ran off.
Not long after, Darkpaw came back with a plump vole and a mouse. "Wake Ti Ole."

Ashpaw nodded and he ran to the forrest himself. He was able to track a rabbit burrow and capture 3 rabbits. He dragged them back to the Riverclan camp and left them neatly on the fresh-kill pile. “Wow, you’re a good hunter!” the tabby apprentice praised when he saw the prey Darkpaw had caught. “Bet you can’t catch 3 voles in ten minutes!” Ashpaw challenged jauntily.

Darkpaw looked at him with a dry smile. "What do you take me for, a kit?" Darkpaw gave Ashpaw a friendly push and ran toward the river. "I'll get to ThunderClan faster!"

Ashpaw swiftly stood up and followed Darkpaw. “We’ll soon see who wins!” he snarled as he ran. While both apprentices got deeper into the forrest, different scents dominated the air and confused Ashpaw’s path to the Thunderclan camp. “I think we’re near” he mumbled half to himself.

Ashpaw lifted his eyebrow, but nodded. "Very well" he meowed and kept on his dashing pace.

Darkpaw jumped over a bramble bush and then splashed into the stream. "Blah!" Darkpaw yowled as he fought his was out of the stream. But the current was to strong. "Help! Ashp-!" Darkpaw fought for air.
