Well I still believe in my worn-renew theory 'bout the ozone layer.. srry but 4 me humans have ALL the cause... and about the continental drift *shrug* guess tsunamis and earthquakes might have affected the weak points of the earth.. and the oceans eroded the earth away carving their way... I assume..
((yay debating is cool (me insane) ))

*gives a big saracastic thumbs up* And I still believe in my stubborn "humans are not ALL the cause" theory. And I also love debates.
Another big factor that anyone here fails to mention is the sun (don't use the ozone as an excuse). The sun has had periods of time when it emits more or less heat in energy, causing climates and temperatures on the earth to change. The earth has gone through ice ages and warming cycles before human beings could make a fire! Stop drinking the kool-aid, hun.

Yes, that's true, the sun has affected the Earth a lot, but the Earth wouldn't be in this situation if it wasn't for humans, and all the developing they have made. Developing may be good or bad, but either way, its destroying the Earth.

Quite right. Still, if you say it's the human developing that is destroying the Earth, look up at the Sun! The Sun is nothing but a big star of energy that changes repeatedly, so whether humans evolved or not, Earth would still be the way it is today, but not as worse.
The whole point of this argument was me against others who believed that humans were the whole cause of Global Warming. My side was that humans ween't the COMPLETE cause of Global Warming.
Unerstand where I'm going at?

Mmm, yes, you're right about that, but the sun didn't help the global warning to develop so much. Even if the humans had never existed, and if there was still global warning, it wouldn't be so strong as it is right now. I think the global warning was started and developed by humans, with a few contribution of the sun.

No, that's not what I meant. My point of the debait was to prove that humans aren't the entire cause. If you agree with the sun, I guess I made my point, but i will continue.
Yes, it wouldn't be as bad as if humans never existed. However, where you said Global Warming was started and developed by humans, I don't believe that is true. Like I said with the sun, Global Warming has been happening before humans discovered fire and proper speech. I hardly doubt that a primitive species would be so smart as to cause Global Warming with a few sticks and a spark of fire.
Anyone notice the big gap between the dinosaurs and the ice age? Tropical vs. Ice? And humans didn't even develop until way into the Ice Age.
Oh, and the sun is gonna die eventually.

This is all very confusing. And I don't know whos on what side. But I am against Global warming. I prefer to call it a Global Trend.

Well, the debate is two sides: "Is Global Warming all the humans' fault? Or is it not?"
I'm on the side saying that it isn't entirely our fault. In fact, I don't think we're even the main cause!

I think it is ALLLLLLL humans faults! We have bad oil that eats away at the ozone layer, we have smog and smug and pollution and dangerous chemicals, ect. What did the poor anaimals do? nothing! But theyr paying the price!

Jade: Not exactly.
If you read some of my earlier posts, I have explained about he issue with the sun. It emits more or less heat over time, that's why the dinosaur age went from tropical to Ice Age.

Yes....and also. During the medivaille times, there was another hot period, like there is one now.
